The meals we serve follow the slow food philosophy and the belief that ‘you are what you eat'. The following unhealthy products are therefore excluded form our diet: refined oils and sugars, eggs and chickens from industrial farming, processed meats, and junk food. We do not serve white bread or flour. Instead of processed meats, we serve roast turkey or chicken breast, we also love veggie pastes.
We follow special diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and others.
